Cancellation of holiday membership

I have made a payment of Rs 45000/- to Countryard Imperial Inn & Suites for a holiday membership. But i have changed my decision later and i want to cancel this package and want full refund of my money because there were some miscommunications between representative and me regarding package details . He said this was 12 nights per year package for 3 years, but after we notice that it was 12 night /3 years package . I often schedule my vacations on immediate because of my job profile and I have read some negative customer reviews about them that they are unable to provide desired hotels on short notice. I have asked to cancel my plan on confirmation call, but they are refusing to cancel. But my package is not confirmed yet. I have also sent an email regarding this after 2 days and they have called me after 7 days and saying that you have avail this package and give more money for AMC charges. Kindly suggest, should I go to consumer forum or is there any other way??
