Can verdict of district consumer court be challenged in higher courts

As college is not refunding my admission fees if I file a case in district consumer court then verdict of district consumer court can be challenged in higher court?

Yes it can be challenged in state consumer forum In which state you live you have to look after in your state consumer forum It is better to have a lawyer to look after your matter and a better advice

no order of a district consumer forum cannot be challenged in the High Court, you can challenge the order of the district forum in the State Consumer Court withing 30 days and the order of the State Redressal Forum can be challenged in the National Consumer Forum, hope it helps

If District consumer Forum had passed a judgement against you. Then within 1 month (date of forum judgement) you can file an appeal before state consumer dispute redressal court ( higher court) under consumer protection act

Sukriya ji haan ker sakte hai But Aisa kya karan ho sakte hai ki aap districts consumer court ke faisle ko high court me challenge krna chahte hai kya aapko relief nahi mila Poori jankari salah lene ke liya bhejhein

Hello The verdict of the district forum can be challenged in the state forum and then the NATIONAL forum. The case can then be filed in the supreme court in case the national commission to rules against you. Regards
