Can legal action be taken in case possession given without OC

I got possession of flat 3 years back but builder has not yet provided occupation certificate and municipal water supply. Can you let us know what action we can take against builder.

Dear sir, you always have option to approach Consumer court for non issuance of Occupation Certificate by Builder at the time of handover of possession of flat and also water supply issue. For more information please contact for consultation.

issue legal notice to builder and ask him to complete all those issues which are promised and pending from his end,
of could have filed consumer case within 2 years against builder but now its out of limitation.

You can file consumer complaint
Also you can file suit for mandatory injunction against for fulfilling his obligation towards you under MOFA Act
You can file criminal complaint agaist bulider under MOFA ACT

yes definately action has to be taken for not providing water and OC. kindly approach courts for seeking redressal of the grievance, also you will need to show all documents. also proof of possession is necessary
