Can I get refund of fees from private institute

18-Feb-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
i joined a course of duration of 6 months where i paid half fees of 45000 and in receipt its written not refundable. At time of joining they lured me with fake promises and i realized they told many lies and will not give training as per they told.its 10 days i want to opt out of course and asked for refund and was denied though i didn't signed anywhere. So can i sue that private institute ? and am i likely to be heard in this case ?

The chances are yes yoy will get refund snd award for wasting your valuable time. 15 days is the time period you have to withdraw. You can charge him with fraud and in other cases a formal consumer complaint will get a big help. You can contact me i can help you by formal notice to your institute for refunding of fees. And in the case they didnot refund the amount consider it as a plaint.
