Can I file a complaint in consumer court if case pending in court

can a lawyer file second limitation file in consumer forum and first one is pending before the court ????

What is second limitation file ? The first case is pending in which court ? What is the fact of the dispute you are asking? Without knowing the fact of the dispute it it difficult to answer jurisdiction of a court

Dear client, its not possible to give better suggestion without going through the details of this petition. why not you share the main substance of document, its ok.if the first limitation petition have any material mistake or error then second limitation petition petition can be filed during pendency of the first petition for any amendment of material facts which is ignored in first petition for any reason.
