Can I demand more amount than the amount mentioned in the petition

Hi Plz help me abt sec25. I have filled execution under sec 25 . Hearing date is 15/12/2017 in the middle o.p. settle me with amount 32 k .,I also received But my question is that 1. ) during drafting application I deemand 50 k 2. ) On next date who inform the court that we have settled? Plz assist me soon.
You and opponent settled out of court and the same amount was voluntarily accepted by you and so you cannot claim more than 32 k now. As according to oral settlement between you and opponent outside you have given free consent for settlement at 32k.further it is your duty to inform court as otherwise court may order something against opponents which will be concealing material fact from court on your path
