I have purchased a flat in Greater Noida. The agreement for duration with the builder to give possession is 3 year, But the builder is giving possession in 5 year. Can I claim interest of extra 2 year from builder even if any interest is not mentioned in the agreement. If yes please provide the procedure as the builder denied to pay any interest. Please Help

Hi, there are new rules formulated in case builder fails to deliver in the given time frame. You can send a legal notice to the builder through your lawyer citing the new rules which throws penalty on the builder in case of failure to deliver on time, thereafter file a case in consumer court
