Can court raised the jurisdiction issue after preliminary hearing

District forum dismissed case on the territorial jurisdiction ground at judgement stage however op never raised this issue in argument nor mentioned in the written records submitted to forum, honbl forum president not gone to merit even not reffered the case to appropriate forum My question is issue of jurisdiction would have been raised at very first opportunity which have not been raised by op in any way, what can be best in the case refer case cc/70/2015 Judgement on 6_6_2018

District forum dismissed case on the territorial jurisdiction ground at judgement stage.
The plea of jurisdiction is legal plea it can be raised at any stage and court can suo decide any questions of law.
If causes of action is not arose within the territorial jurisdiction the this District Forum than you have to file complaint before the proper forum.

No issue arise during trial, even not recorded in document.....I think it is not just,go state commission and file appeal.. Questions and objection of territorial jurisdiction must be mentioned in the w.s .
