Can a consumer court cancel its ex-parte order

We file our case on.27/10/15.first notice served to opp party on28/11/15.as we add some more opp party second notice served to opp party on 05/01/2016.0n both hearing opp party does not appear.on our third hearing on date26/02/16 opp party does not appear and after appr120days state cc dispose our complain as a ex parte. And we submitted ex parte affidavit on same date. Now our forth hearing ondate 04/05/16 the opp party appear.and said they can give us counter on next hearing which is on 21/06/16.as on first hearing of ex patre state cc cancel our ex parte order? As we don't hire any lawyer

According to Section 22-A. Power to set aside ex parte orders : Where an order is passed by the National Commission ex parte against the opposite party or a complainant, as the case may be, the aggrieved party may apply to the Commission to set aside the said order in the interest of justice.
