Can a complaint be filed against a university which is unrecognised

According to state lawcet, I got seat in university, which is not recognized by BCI, which we got know after 3/4th year. One more thing is govt. ordered not allow admissions in unrecognized colleges. But they took admissions without any indication. What can I do? I can't waste my whole year. How can I file complaint? And on whom? Please reply. Waiting for reply..!!
Bring to the notice of the University Head the whole episode and address a detailed complaint and take acknowledgement of the same. Mark the copy to all the relevant authorities whoever has taken you on ride. Then file a case in the high court under 226 of Constitution of India a writ petition if the University and concerned authorities are not responding to your grievances.
