Can a complaint be file against Yamaha motors for delay in service

can i file a complaint against Yamaha motors as they advertise that if a person book a slot for bike service, they guarantee that they will service the bike within 90 minutes if no parts need to be replaced but they never mentioned what if they are unavle to do so, is there some kind of relaxation in service charge will be provided. doing so they are not liable for any claims in case they are not able to service bike in 90 minute's and this i think is cheating with there Customer's. please advise.
firstly u have to see the deficiency in the service they are providing while servicing the bike. they are claiming that they will service the bike in 90 minutes if no parts to be replaced but if they are not able to do service the bike in 90 minutes then no relaxation in service charge can be provided as they are providing service to you but there may be delay on their part but it depends on the time and duration if the time exceeds more than the expectation and even when if they are not able to do the service of your bike properly then u clam
