11-Oct-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
Dear Sir, I bought a property in Bhopal in year 2013. Builder sold me the property in Green zone and I got the property registered as well. Later on NGT put a hold on the property and not builder is not responding at all. I have paid the entire amount to the builder and have given my life's saving to the builder. Kindly tell me what should I do next? Thanks in advance

Dear Sir/Madam,
You can file a complaint under Consumer Protection Act seeking payment of the current price of the land purchased by you from the builder, alternatively you can seek refund of the monies paid by you along with interest, you can also seek damages from the builder. You can also file a criminal complaint under section 420, 406 of IPC i.e Cheating and Criminal Breach of Trust.
