Builder sold Flat for higher price

I have bought a flat on August 30 2018. Recently got to know that the same flat has been sold for 10 Lakhs less price for one of the flat owner who bought a month before.
If it is 1 or 2 lakhs I can ignore it, but it is 10 Lakhs, that means the builder has cheated me by selling it for very high price.
Is there any law which protect the buyers in this case ?
Is it possible for me to file a case against him ?
Is it possible to get back the difference amount ?
Filing of case against the builder is the only solution. We have to be very cautious in selecting the appropriate line of action. Thd entird documents related to transaction are required in order to file a case.
