Builder refusing possession unless we pay for club membership

I have made the full payment as per the payment schedule however builder is insisting us to pay club membership for the club which is not part of agreement and Society. It's owned by builder. Builder is refusing possession of the flat unless we pay for club membership. As mentioned earlier club is not part of Society and yet to be constructed. There is no written demand letter for club membership payment as well. Please advise.

we will have to immidiate send the notice and file a suit. you will have to immidaiate take our appointment and come will all the papers, we can file a civil as well as criminal litigation for the same, actions has to immidiate. dont delay much

If club house is not part of your agreement as also the sanctioned plan, Pls. issue a legal notice to the builder demanding possession. if he does not budge, pls file a consumer complaint against him with appropriate District/State Consumer forum.

Dear client if u have paid full amount then builder is bound to give possession. If he is denying possession then send legal notice through lawyer to builder and ask for possession. If he will not act per notice then file case in consumer court. For any legal help call me
