Builder promised delivery, but construction not started yet.

My case against a builder in pune at Mumbai state consu.forum has been transfered to pune circuit bench. Evidence affidavite has been submitted by my lawer on last date
Next date will be in pune before circuit bench.Builder has not given possession on 31122013 as quoted in agreement.Even construction has not been started till date as the plot is not vacant.I want guidence as well as good lawer in pune to represent my case before the circuit bench.

The Consumer Protection Act is very pro-consumer and since more than a year and a half has passed since the date of promised delivery, chances are that you will succeed in your claim.

However, kindly be very sure about the relief you are claiming-whether you possession with compensationrent for delay in delivery OR you want your money back with interest.
