Builder not responding to cancellation request what can I do

Project: Premia 1st Corp City, Gr.Noida West of Premia Projects Ltd., A-5/6/7, Sector-9, Noida. Regd off in New Delhi.We had made booking of 150 sq.ft Prof Office in this project on 23.07.2013 and made a total 50% payment Rs. 5.44L by cheque against Receipt. Even after 3 years, construction work at the site has not yet commenced. He also stopped paying us Assured Return for want of balance payment as per the Flexi Plan since July2015, which we refused unless we see construction work started. We wrote to builder to cancel the booking and refund our money. He has not responded. What to do pls.

You should be file a consumer complaints in consumer Court against the builder. You should be demand for return deposit money with interest and expensive. For better discuss please call me.

This is a major wrong being done at the behest of bulder towards you and considering the favourabilty towards customers/consumers by the judiciary I genuinely feel one must get along with working out this issue at the earliest.
Having dealt with similar issues at various consumer forums in Delhi Im certain that you should legally fight this out.

It's is a case of deficient services and unfair trade practice, you are required to send them a legal notice. However prior to which it is adviced to file an RTI inquiring whether the said project had received necessary sanction from the govt and then rely on the said document in your legal notice.
