Builder not given the receipt for booking of flat what to do.
16-Dec-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I have given to builder 5.72600 by cheque and 2,00000 by cash on 16.6.2014 . Builder has not given receipt for both the amount. This money was taken for booking a shop . Neither money is returned not a booking was done. Please advise

urgent file a report to police without delay, and the thing is that u should serve the demand notice of payment with interest under the capicity of being consumer, then if they will not ready then file complaint in consumer forum. 2. 2nd option u should do that is civil suit. 3. 3rd option criminal complaint. 4. fouth option Complaint to C.C.I.
