Builder not following safety guidelines in construction of the society

1. Builder is not following safety guidelines regarding refuge area and allocating parking in the pathway towards it. 2. Amenities provided by builders are not satisfactory.
3. Currently society is maintained by builder as society is not formed. ( Construction of wing 2 is in progress) and amount spent towards electricity is huge in terms of consumption. We have made complaint with respective authority for refuge area and planning to file consumer complaint. please provide advice for above issues.

Yes, u can file consumer complaint through association. Take a resolution of all tenement holders for filing of complaint. Also execute power of attorney for the purpose of filing of case. Thereafter file case in consumer forum claiming relief. Also claim completion certificate and occupancy certificate
