Dear Sir/Madam, You have every right to get amenities from the said builder to your apartment/building in terms of conditions of sale agreement/sale deed/construction agreement. You have to issue a legal notice through lawyer to the said builder to provide facilities as per terms and conditions of construction agreement as well as sale agreement/sale deed. Kindly send your above said documents to my review, If you want my service I will do it. ... best of luck... kindly review my service to appreciate... by Chandrashekhar Vithal Jadhav, Advocate & Legal Consultant, Bangalore.

Hi, Please send them a legal notice through a lawyer and give them some time to respond, failing which you can file consumer complaint for an expeditious remedy. The court fees are nominal. Please feel free to contact for a quote as the expenditure for litigation depends on the standard of service rendered by the law firm/lawyer.
