Builder increased super area of property resulting increase of cost

Booked Flat In 2004, Now At Possession Builder Has Increased SuperArea from 1240 sq.ft. to 1310 sq.ft. in ghaziabad. What can be done now as it costs more for 70 sq.ft. charges. Thanks

As per your query the builder has increased super area first to see your agreement that there is any clause of change of super area if no you are not liable to pay more than as per agreed terms and conditions
