Builder forcing to pay 80% amount and possession will be given in 2019

I hv booked a flat in godrej icon in May 2015 and paid 20% amount of flat within 5 month but after that godrej consistently started demanding money and asking to pay 80% amount of flat within Dec 2019 while possession will be given in Dec.2019 and builder-buyer agreement was made after 20% payment as there was no option to decline.
If in terms of agreement you are required to make payment before delivery of possession, you have got to make payment as per payment schedule and delay in possession shall earn you penalty which you can get adjusted with last due payment.

You can not go beyond builder buyers agreement so you should ask to settle the matter with concern person, if thier is any violation from the side of builder then make a complaint to concern authorities.
