Builder denying to return money nor giving possession of shop

I was booked shop not completed for that I told builder to return money he has bounce chq twice
If the project is registered under Rera then you can approach the concerned authority and file a complaint. In case of cheque bouncing you can file criminal complaint in the court and suit for recovery of money paid to the builder.

if you have booked shop and builder is not giving possession or not refunding money then you should file suit for specific performance of contract, as you have told that he had given cheque and which is bounce then you should send him legal notice with in one month from the date of bounce through your lawyer
