Builder denying to pay penalty amount what action can I take?
24-Dec-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
The developer is not providing penalty as per the agreement. Also he has changed the salable area without any basis. I want to know - Can I file cheating case against the builder after taking possession. Filing case before taking possession will delay my possession for unknown time period. Which I dont want. Pls suggest
yes, its a good strategy, first take possession then file case of cheating and consumer cases etc....
