Sir
Please here you can file a case against the builder on the malpractice and also on deficiency of service. Do it immediately without any delay. File a consumer complaint aganst the builder.

whatever he may have promised, what is important is whether the promised extension was permissible as per the sanctioned plan by authority ? Without approval for it, he cannot promise. Now if he has taken extra amount from you, it can be claimed back. However, if the plan permitted it, you can get it done.
