Builder delaying refund for its cancelled project what can i do

I booked an apartment with Godrej with initial amount of 3.15 Lac and .After 8 months of waiting when they confirmed they are not going to launch , I asked them for my refund. They said they will give me but i am still waiting for another 2 months and they are delaying it . How i should get it done.
You should approach the Consumer Court and file a case for deficiency of service. you can claim the amount you have paid them and also interest thereon. In addition you can also ask for compensation under various heads including harassment, loss of better investment opportunities, etc. This is the fastest and the most effective remedy.

You must not waste time any further and file a case in consumer court. Write to them once again for refund and keep all your documents like payment receipts, letters written by you and replies thereto. You must also maintain a record of your telephone calls with name of the person you spoke to. Send a legal notice through your lawyer.
