Builder delaying in making refund of booking amount what to do
30-Mar-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I had made a flat booking for 8 Lakhs 10% of flat value in Aug 2016. Builder is simply postponing refund. What are the remedies available and what is the best way to take it up.
You can send a lawyer notice to the builder regarding this issue .and wait for the 15 days .then we can file a case before the consumer court .moreover the issue will come to end with the lawyer notice itself.

First you will have to issue a detailed Notice through an Advocate and give him an ultimatum. If he does not pay then you can file a Case in the Consumer Court. Once you file the case, he has to appear before the Court and surely he will have to pay the amount.
