Builder delayed and postponed possession date, what can be done?

This is in regards to the CRM working in Puranik Builders Office. We have booked a flat in Rumah Bali Phase 2 of which the possession was supposed to be given in Dec-2017, but somehow the builder delayed it till May-2018. We have already made the payment of 73% of the agreement value now when i spoke to CRM to book the appointment for registration she said that i am under notice period of cancellation so she cant book the appointment for registration and denied to give all the details. As this is a self funding and we have not taken any loan on it because of my husbands age factor.

You can send him a legal notice asking for registration and full details. Also, if the possession is still delayed then you can file a complaint in Consumer Forum, claiming compensation from the builder.

you can also issue legal notice
thereafter file complaint before consumer forum
and demanded ownership and possession
or alternatively repayment with 18% p.a. interest.
if they failed
you can filed the execution means criminal proceeding against them
and issue non bailable warrant againt builder
absolutely they are fulfilled
