Brought phone online not working now where to filed the complaint

i bought a phone online. it broke down and i got it checked in the service center in Jodhpur. want to where can i file a case against them as the phone has stopped functioning.
You can send a written complaint about the fault in the product and ask for a refund if there is no response by the company you may send a legal notice to the concerned department of the Company. As a last resort you can lodge a consumer complaint before the jurisdictional Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum for claim of your amount with interest. Please keep a copy of invoice with you.
