Booked a prelaunch project want to get the refund of booking amount

hi, I book the prelaunch project, and transfer the booking amount through netbanking, as project did not get the RERA registration after 10 month, I send the cancellation mail to builder and builder acknowledge it but not started refunding the amount, what should be done

You need to approach the RERA authority and file a compaint for the same, simulteneously you also file a consumer complaint in Consumer forum for refund of your amount. You can also file a compaint in police station under MOFA.

If that project can not get RERA clarification and you also communicate with builder with email then send legal notice for recovery of money. If still builder not listening to you then filed 420 IPC case or approach in consumer court for recovery of your money.
