Booked a flat but builder is delaying the construction what to do

Dear Sir,
You can file a consumer complaint alleging deficiency of service before the State Consumer Commission. The law says that the Complainant can claim refund for delay in possession from the builder.
To help me advice you better, I request you to share the Builder buyer agreement.

Yes you can file a case of cheating , followed by filing a complaint for recoevery of your moneis through consumer court. the consumer tribunal are taking agressive decisions against the developers and hence you should contact a local lawyer for the same.

Dear owner , Yes Definitely u can claim for your money back from the builder and also interest , but depends what is the cost and time u are willing to invest in the same as there are so many matters with regards to builder and owner delay in construction , so many association negotiating with builder for delay so if you have such association which is better than an individual, you can initially approach along with documents & file a complain against your builder issue at 1st Nodal office of grievance redress cell builder office and copy the same to state consumer forum and later on can escalate top National consumer forum , kindly associate a lawyer to carry out the such matters .
