Booked a flat at SRA project with allotment letter how can I cancel it

1.5 yrs left but no progress at all.now what can i do?
Dear Sir/Madam,
It appears that you have booked a flat in a SRA project and the date of possession is after 1.5 years, however there has been no progress at all in the development of the Project. In this case you can issue notice/letter to the builder seeking the progress of the project and if you are unsatisfied with the same you can seek refund of your booking amount/advance amount along with interest for the entire duration from the booking of the said flat till today.
