Bmtc bus conductor abused me on asking a ticket

I was travelling from attebele to hopefarm. Conductor was ddistributing ticket near my seat, while i was searching for 5rs change.He went away, i was waiting for him to come again.but, he didnt came.So i voluntarily went and asked for ticket.He abused me for being late for getting ticket very loudly. He also collected 2 ticket charge (attibele to sarjapur-23 and sarjapura to hopefarm - 22) and in return he gave only one ticket of sarjapur - hope farm..when asked for attibele to sarjapura ticket..he again abused me
1. It is the criminal offence by the bus conductor. You can file criminal complaint against him.
2. By parallel, you may file complaint against him with BMTC bus depot.
3. Keep the ticket and other evidences.
