24-May-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
When filing a complaint before the National Commission (Consumer Tribunal) under consumer protection act against a builder who fails to deliver the flat in time. Considering that our combined value of our flats are over 1 crore. What are the advantages/Disadvantages in filing the case under a registered association v/s representative action (when one or more flat buyers with similar grievances. Can a second home buyer apply to National Commission (Consumer Tribunal). During individual case by case hearing will the second home buyer be treated as a investor vs a consumer.
