Battery exchange issue delay by service provider

Sir..on 4 june 2020 ..my activa honda battery totally got discharge..and then the battery is in warrenty period with 18 months..so i said them plsz exchange it, as it is in warrenty period..so they take the battery and on the receving letter they told to collect the new battery on 17/06/2020.but now they makes excuses..that battery supplier is not providing nd other silly excuses..i had a proof of written by them and a voice call record..can i have any option of legal way..

yes you can register complain to company service center first send legal notice through advocate then after 1 month giving notice you camp find the consumer complaint under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act
