Dear querist
Good that you filed a complaintbin this regard. Now what i suggest is that suitably reply to the said notice and attach a copy of the complaint with the letter. You may also hire a lawyer to draft the same. Incase, the bank is not satisfied with your answer, they will file a recovery case against you. In that event, you will definitely need a lawyer. As of now, send them a reply to their notice ASAP

Good to hear that you have taken prompt action against the robbery and you lodged a complaint with the Bank, but it is very important to know whether you informed the police immediately or not regarding this unfortunate incidence as this is a criminal case and until and unless you inform the police or file a criminal case against the same you won't be able to establish your bonafide and if you have already done that be sure you are not required to pay a single penny until the case is disposed off. Moreover, you are strongly recommended to consult a lawyer to peruse your case. Thanks

Hi, if you informed the bank, they should have closed or blocked the cards. Further payment by unauthorized persons should not have taken place. Is the amount has been withdrawn after your information to bank, you are safe and you may proceed against the bank.
