Bank deducted wrong interest, and signed fake signature of my

Bank deducted wrong interest in my sod limit from last 6 months, and produce fake application which was not signed by me .

this is not just deficiency of service but also unfair trade practice. you are advised to immediately file before the competent consumer court for such an illegal act by the bank. such activities are taken very seriously in consumer dispute cases.

You can approach either the civil court or the consumer court and take an action against the bank. They both are alternative remedies provided under law.

You should file a complaint for forgery against the bank and also, ask for refund of the amount miss appropriated by them using those fake and forged documents. You can either go to consumer court but it will be a time taking remedy or you can take other alternative remedies.
