Bank blocked my card and changed interest charges. How to recover dues

06-Jan-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
There was a credit card fraud in my account. The Bank blocked my card and started charging interest and charges, which I refused to pay. After 18 months of consistent emailers, they have agreed and refunded the money, but now the amount to be paid is over 1.5 lacs. How can I sue them and get my CIBIL score sorted.

Gud evening sir i read your problem and bank have right to block your credit card in negligency act according to agreement between you and bank but there must be any specific cause but if it is done to harrras consumer bank count in cheating and consumer can claim for it but it will be consumer's burden of prove that bank totally harras consumer. So you can claim bank in district consumer court for getting heavy claim for not providing very bad services.

Dear Client
You can proceed against the bank before consumer forum and you will get immediate relief for the same. However, before filing the case, do serve the bank a legal notice through advocate demanding the clear your account.
