bad service and damage product by Sony

I purchased sony headphone which stops working after 30 days and I have exchanged this headphone 3 times every time the company provides me damaged headphone. I complain about it in consumer forum also but sony company refused to change the product

you should try sending them a legal notice through an advocate. The e-commerce websites are usually more receptive when they receive legal notices, fearing that a consumer complaint might follow soon.
