Bad construction quality of the flat

CAn I sue the builder because of the terrace leakage, seepage , it is just 2 years old property and from the very 1st year we are facing this problem

Definitely. Its rera approved project or else? If Rera approved then it can be filed. if not rera approved/applicability then at civil court for compensation and resolution ofnthe raised issue. regards Gyan prakash Advocate

yes the builder can be sued and a case canbe filed filed against his work as this comes under the deficiency in services category. this case may be filed in the consumer forum.

u have to file a case of deeficency in service in consumer court asking claim for deficiency of services. But before that it is advisable to give a legal notice through advocate. For more brie and for sending legal notice f u may call me.
