Authorised Mobile Service Centre closed and case pending in consumer

I had filed a case in Ahmedabad Consumer Court against Lenovo Service Centre. On 1st date they were not present, hence second date schedule. I cam to know that they are now not working for Lenovo. What will happen to my case ?? Have I to file against another Service Centre where I have not availed any service ??
You don't have to file for any other service centre you can make Lenovo a party in it along with their service centre. If the notice has been issued and received at first instance then you need not worry. Try locating the new service centre of Lenovo and ask the court to send notice to them.
