Applied for personal loan though agent canceled later bank asking fine

Dear Team, I have applied for personal loan through one agent company. After signing the agreements and before moving forward i ask agent to hold the process now plan of taking personal loan is cancelled. Even though my intimation that company processed my personal loan and amount credited to my account and now to close personal loan bank has charged penalty around Rs.60,000/- . So can i filed a case against Agent company.?
Send a legal notice to Agent and Bank , also forward mail communication about this fact, convey your willingness to pay /return amount by cheque without any interest , file a consumer case against agent and make necessary party to the bank.

Definitely you can file a case in the consumer court for the same and charge the bank for deficiency in services and also claim for mental agony you also doesn't have to pay any additional charges or penalties to bank
