American citizen how can I recover fee from a educational institute

I am an American citizen who applied for admissions to Vogue Institute based on their promise to help me get a student visa to India. They said the only way to get it would be to get a bona fide letter of acceptance after paying INR 60,000 to secure a seat. However, I was rejected for a student visa from the Indian Consulate because Vogue was not a recognized educational institute. I though I had no other option so I attended two weeks of classes but a friend told me it is still possible to receive my refund? I stopped attending classes and am now reaching out to you. Please advise.

It appears that you have been duped and something has been suppressed from you to get admission .any way what is done is done ,you can recover your amount with penalty in case if you proove that you have been duped ,hence have to go through all the documents and interaction between you and collage ,better meet us to help you successfully .Ofc : Dr pankaj Kumar ,advocate

Vogue institute has a bad reputation for refund of the money, any way if you see the terms and condition of the fees which says that it is non refundable we can still file a consumer petition for refund of money, unfair trade practices, mental agony and compensation. Prior to giving legal notice you can ask the vogue authorities to refund the fees if they fail then you can issue a legal notice giving them an opportunity to refund the fees if they still fail to refund you can file a consumer case as said earlier.
