Amazon Delivery related issue.

Need to know about the legal perspective to file a case against Amazon regarding their delivery and their customer service. I have placed an order and they didn't deliver me the product to the address and I complaint this issue to the Amazon CS and they asked me to reorder the product and will get delivered to my address the this same thing happened 3 times. Each time I contacted their CS they will tell different excuses. They have humiliated me mentally a lot.
You can send a legal notice to Amazon and proceed accordingly. Alternatively you can also file a petition in the consumer court depending upon the value of the product purchased. Hope all the communications with Amazon for the three times are with you for purpose of evidence.
