All payments for plot made but did not get posession

Dear mam, my name is Ravindra i have got plot it HAPUR Authority through draw in 2010 and till 2011 we have deposited all payment and after that we have received plot no and location as well, but still we dont have received possession. when we asked about plot they said we have dispute with farmer when we resolve it when only, you would be permitted for registry please advice me. i would be highly grateful to you for same

Dear owner as i can understand that u have purchased a plot in Hapur authority and authority has delayed the possession of the same , file a complain in the authority regarding the same take a receving copy and than file consumer complain in the nodal office or u can also do the same online http://www.nationalconsumerhelpline.in , you will definitely get result. kindly engage or consult a lawyer in case you do get or do not get response for the same.

Dear Ravindra, as you was alloted a plot by HPDA and after you paid all the payment demanded by HPDA but didn't get plot till now. This a a perfect case of cheating as well as fraudgery as how HPDA sold a plot which is disputed with farmers, its a problem of HPDA not yours, so if HPDA is unable to issue you a plot then pay your money with interest as well as compensation.
