Airtel is not refunding security amount

I have deposited a security amount of INR 1000/- to Airtel for activating my internet plan. Now, my security money has not been refunded. What to do?
You can start by giving a legal notice to Airtel regarding their deficiency in service. If they still dont budge, then proceed with filing a complaint in the appropriate Consumer Court having jurisdiction to try the matter.
