Airtel changed account number and increased credit limit w/o telling

I am using airtel postpaid from last 12 months they had changed my account number will my information after giving port request to rilience I had paid all the bills of my old account and transferred 1500rs from old account my credit limit of new account is 5000rs but they had billed me 9000rs after questioning them they are telling there is a balance from old account please help me regarding this fake bill from fraud airtel
Many service providers are resorting to these kind of practices, which I know is creating lot of mental harassment for the users.
