Airline delayed boarding and rescheduled for next day without inform

Hi, Airline delayed my boarding and reschedule flight for next day without any proper information. So what is the process for recompense as per the DGCA rules and regulation? Already I drop many mails to DGCA and Airlines , Still they not responding properly..So please suggest me the contact person regarding my issue. Thanks Pratap Das

As you have complained to the concerned authority many time and didn't get any relief means issue a legal notice through advocate by stating the loss you have sustained and other inconvenience caused to you due to the negligence act of Airlines towards its passenger.
