Air ticket cancelled by airline not getting refund what to do
19-Apr-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I had booked flight ticket from jaipur to bangalore. Due to some issues had cancelled the flight and hence the ticket. I got to know that the airline has suspended the operations. They sent sms that money will be refunded after 25 days (now over). The parent company of this airline is big group. The online ticket portal says that the refund amount is pending with airline. How should I take legal action? Will there be any effect of this legal action? wanted to get my money back.

Please issue a formal notice to the concern airlines and mentioned that on complaint of the same you receive the sms that amount will be refunded. In case if they failed to reply then you file a consumer case against them under deficiency of the Service.
