Account blocked not refunding Amount

Flipkart blocked my Account and Rs7802 Gift voucher added in my Account wallet they r not unblocking nor refunding Amount & saying that contact with buyer whom i get this voucher they will reissue new voucher what i can pls reply
Immediate issuance of legal notice is required if they deny to give or issue you a new voucher. A legal notice is to be issued and need to act accordingly. First ask them and tell them about the same.
