About Security Deposit to the company

I have been asked by company in INDORE (MP) to pay Rs.50000/- security deposit to distribute their products. What is the best way to pay??? In case no response from company after I pay I would like to file a case against them.
you can pay them through NEFT or RTGS Payment in a secured way which enables you to show in your books of accounts where such account to be ratified and assessed properly then only if any default appears then you can claim back your security deposit
